| Duties: | An Artisan Baker produces the highest quality artisan bread and bread products. |
| Experience Required: | -High School Diploma or GED preferred.
-Minimum of two years relevant work experience as a baker in a fast paced and high-volume bakery or restaurant.
-Must be able to mix, shape, and bake artisan breads to include, but not limited to baguettes, ciabatta, wheat, ryes and other specialty breads.
-Must possess knowledge with levain and starters, in a high volume atmosphere for the bakery, pastry shop and casino restaurant outlets.
-Certification from a culinary school is a plus. |
