Visiting Santa Fe went to gaze upon the magical stairs a stranger built no nails no name beautiful artistry.

We went walking from our Hotel Chama We kept visits restaurants reading the menus. We walked into this gem. The wine order appetizers and two dinners they were both outstanding gourmet meals. The ambiance was romantic very relaxing vibe inside full of light and plants. Manager helped us he was wonderful us! We will definitely be back! Higher end - great ambiance-

Nice place and decor.
The food is ok and rather limited menu. We were expecting rather tapas menu. But feta with lavender honey was good.
3 stars because the service.
It wasn't super busy when we arrived, and we were waiting long for bacon wrapped dates.
Our server wasn't attentive, and we felt left alone.
But other than that, its worth checking the wine flights.

After several hours of touristing about Santa Fe, Herve Wine Bar sounded like the perfect place to rest our feet and rehydrate, so to speak.

The space is gorgeous and light-filled. There is seating on two floors in an interior courtyard.

We were greeted immediately by a very friendly server who let us pick our seat. After asking the server a few questions about options, we ordered a few appetizers (bacon-wrapped dates and the bruschetta sampler) and two different wine flights. We enjoyed everything tremendously and would love to go back here again.

This wine bar/restaurant is consistently excellent. The bar is an outlet for the D. H. Lescombes Winery. This evening we sampled 5 different wines and selected 2 for a 5 oz glass: the Imperial Kir and 631 Signature Cab-Sangio. We selected Apple Brie and the Tomato Basil Bruschetta, the Roasted Beet Salad with grilled chicken and the Chef's Red pepper cream soup. All were very good to excellent. The hospitality of both the waitress and manager were exceptional.

What a beautiful place tucked into a cozy courtyard. I loved it from the minute I walked in. The service was excellent, very welcoming and friendly. We shared a tasting and a couple small plates. The charcuterie board and bacon wrapped shrimp made a great light lunch. We loved the dry Gewurztraminer and the Pinot. The Merlot was very nice, too. It's definitely a place I will visit again

This place was great! We were able to bring our dog, the wine was good, the food was great, and the service was amazing. Definitely recommend!

It is a relaxing environment and delicious wine! It was my first time coming to Hervé Wine Bar; this was a last-minute plan because I wanted to stay within walking distance from the hotel. We had a fantastic experience, such a calm, enjoyable vibe; they have many seating options, from comfy couches to a bar or table. We were greeted immediately and opted for the lounge couch. We had the Harvé board, which was delicious, and the jalapeno-wrapped shrimp. I had the Sparkling flight, and my husband had the Reds flight. The service was quick and delightful. I will be returning.

This wine bar is centrally located to the main square in Santa Fe. The front is set back slightly from the sidewalk. We stopped in for a drink before dinner. We were immediately greeted asked if we wanted a table near the bar at a couch. Suddenly 2 men took our seats and the server shifted to another table. Our drink order was taken quickly and my bubbles delivered by the bartender but we ordered an iced tea for my companion 3 times and never received it. We decided to leave for our dinner reservation and we couldn't get a checks. Finally we just left a $20 on the table. I think this could be a lovely spot but the talent needs a lot more training.

Back in Santa Fe for a few day's and after a late lunch/early dinner in Santa Rosa, we decided on Herve to enjoy some wine and
hors d'oeuvres. We enjoyed Hurve's on our last visit to Santa Fe and knew it would hit the spot for something light.

We ordered a tasting flight of three reds with the light hors d'oeuvres. It's a great value priced at $20/person.

The reds were good. All very drinkable. The hors d'oeuvres were outstanding! I have never cared for dates, but the bacon wrapped date was really special. The desert item on the tray, I believe, was a chocolate chili truffel sprinkled with sea salt. It was beyond special.

Hurve's is a restaurant with multiple personalities. You can enter off of San Francisco Street through the dining concourse that leads to the "celler door" and wine bar. Once inside, there is an adjoining dining room decorated in Spanish/Mexican decor. There is another access to Hurves's off a side street. So you have one venue with two completely different feels.
